When you return a package to us, we recommend that you include a note with your order number and write down what you want to get out of the return - then the shipping will be the fastest.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and not later than 14 days after you inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. You bear the risk for the item from the moment of delivery of the item. Therefore, pay close attention to the postal receipt and possibly the tracking number.
The lack of the original packaging may mean a reduction in value, so to ensure a full refund, it is advisable to return the item in its original packaging.
If the item has been tried, in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that Nailster can refuse to refund all money under the Distance Selling Act, but we will in cooperation with the customer a reasonable refund amount. This only applies if the item does not have the same value as at the time of receipt and Nailster cannot sell the item as new and at a new price.
