When you send a package back to us, we recommend that you include a message with your order number and what you want to get out of the return - this will speed up the process.

It may constitute a loss of value if the original packaging is missing. Therefore, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging so that you can be sure to get a full refund.

If the item has been tried, beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that Pearlwax can refuse to refund all the money according to the Distance Selling Act, but we will in cooperation with the customer find a reasonable refund amount. This only applies if the item does not have the same value as at the time of receipt and Pearlwax therefore cannot sell the item as new and at new price.
